Chapter 3

I learnt an important lesson today.

'Your mood does not determine your actions, your actions determine your mood.'

It has helped me through the day and I think it could potentially help me through the rest of my life. It's psychologically proven but I want it to take it to the next level. Because if that is true then your life can be exactly what you want it to be and doing what you like will make you happy, it's not dependent on another else.

I also learned about Einstein's Special Theory of Relativity which explains how to interpret motion between different inertial reference frames - frames where the acceleration is zero. The theory states that the speed of light is constant in all reference frames which means that objects in different references frames experience time differently and measure objects to different lengths to another frame. Basically this means that things are measured in relation to another reference frame and it is different from different perspectives.
The theory proves to me that situations not only seem different from other people's perspective's but can actually be different. So we can live our lives the way we want to live as our perspective on life is ultimately up to use and what frame we decide to view and event from.

If you take full responsibility for your own life and stop waiting for other people to help you get out of your problems, you will obtain the most ultimate power imaginable.

Until next time,

xxxx
